Contract

Releasing photos: Edited photos will not be released until full payment is made or ready to be made on the day of pick up.

Photoshoot details: This package is 1 hour of shooting, generally 30-50 images and $100/person in total.

Photoshoot price: University graduation packages are $100 for individual portraits. I do allow and include some group pictures, if it will fit into your hour session. However, if any members of the group want individual portraits they will be charged as a new client. 

 

Photo Pickup: Stated client will provide an email address in which a link for a Google Drive will be sent, unless discussed otherwise.

 

Unedited Photos: No unedited photos will be released to the client. If a client wants a specific picture it can be discussed and added at the photographer's discretion. 

 

Refunds: Deposits are non refundable unless there is an occasion of equipment malfunctions on the photographer's end. Once the money is refunded the photographer is no longer liable.  

 

Timeliness: If the client shows up late, this time will not be added. The shoot will simply end as scheduled. However, if the photographer is for any reason late, the time will be allotted and added to the end of the shoot, if the client so chooses. 

 

Weather: If the weather is unsatisfactory for the photographer, she may choose to move to another agreed upon date free of charge. Though, the client will not get to decide this, they can be a deciding factor. 

 

Photo usage and copyright: Released photos can not be submitted for commercial uses, it is solely the work of said photographer and is to be given due credit. If used on social media or any other platform, credit should be given. Once the photos have been handed over to the client, they may print them out, send and upload to any platform that is of noncommercial use. The photographer owns the copyright to each and every photograph, raw and edited. 

 

Downloads: Downloads must be timely. Photographer will keep given link open for one year. After one year there is a chance it may be deleted, so download in a timely manner. If images are needed after the year and they are deleted, reach out as it may be backed up but not guaranteed.

 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia

 

Model Release CLIENT grants permission to PHOTOGRAPHER and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use CLIENT’S image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. Therefore, PHOTOGRAPHER may use CLIENT’S likeness and image on PHOTOGRAPHER’S website or other advertising. (If checked below)
